Hector Patricio created Fiesta Viva in Sydney Australia, with the objective to project the complex rhythm and variety of the Mexican Mariachi music and it’s folklore to the global musical taste, from the romantic to the explosive rhythm of dancing.

Our specialties are: corporate, public and private functions, weddings, birthdays and roving shows for any occasion etc.
We are able to perform from 2 to 8 piece Mexican Mariachi & Latin Band.

Fiesta Viva Mariachis have an extensive repertoire of the Mexican music from the 1960 and 70’s like Javier Solis, Jose Alfredo Jimenez, to the current hits of Vicente and Alejandro Fernandez and others such as “Bésame Mucho”, “Si nos Dejan”, “El Rey” “De que manera te olvido” “Como quien pierde una estrella” etc. Its main costumes are charro style, recognised internationally as characteristic of the Mexican folklore.


Fiesta Viva Latin Band also plays international music in a unique style and performs numbers made famous by Elvis Presley, Paul Anka, Frank Sinatra, José Feliciano, Carlos Santana and others, such as “It’s now or never”, “Love me tender”, ”Strangers in the night”, “Light my fire”, “Corazon Espinado” etc.Hector Patricio and his Fiesta Viva band uses instruments like trumpets, violins, guitar, “charango”, guitarron (Mexican Bass), vihuela, congas and bongoes.
